Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) 2004

These are regulations that govern the public's right to access environmental information held by public authorities. This includes information on the state of the air, atmosphere, water, soil, land, landscape. It also includes things that affect the environment such as energy, noise, radiation or waste, emissions and discharges into the environment.
