Major resurfacing works from 20 July until the end of October 2026
To minimise disruption and maintain use of the car park, the work will happen in two phases. This will allow the car park to remain open throughout the works, however, capacity will be reduced by approximately 50% during each phase.
This colour-coded plan of the car park shows the Phase 1 and Phase 2 details along with estimated start and completion dates for each stage.
While these works may result in some short-term disruption, such as construction-related noise, reduced parking, with contractors on site, the project will deliver a much improved car park for both tenants and visitors.
