If you would like to invite the Mayor to attend a function or event, please complete the online request form below. To help us make all the necessary arrangements, we kindly ask that you submit your request with as much notice as possible and no later than 10 days prior to your event.
The information you provide is essential in ensuring that suitable arrangements can be made for the Mayor, or the Deputy Mayor in the Mayor’s absence, to attend your function.
It also allows the Mayor to gain a better understanding of your event and organisation in advance of attending.
