Personal search procedures

From 1 April 2026 we will no longer provide a local land charges search service. Our Local Land Charges Register has been migrated to HM Land Registry (HMLR) national register.

Local Land Charges registers

Due to the migration of our local land charges register to the HM Land Registry on 1 April 2026, our personal search look up tool has been removed.
