We provide over 150 play areas around the borough offering a range of experiences for children. Our play areas are inspected regularly to ensure the equipment is in good working order and that hazards are kept to a minimum.

Eastrop Paddling Pool and Chineham Park Splash Pad are now open for the spring and summer months.
On Wednesdays both facilities will be closed until midday to allow for maintenance and monitoring of water. If temporary closures are required for deep cleaning or additional water treatment, we will provide updates here and on our social media channel.
Eastrop Park important paddling pool update
The paddling pool will be temporarily closed from Wednesday 15 to Friday 17 July while we carry out essential repairs to plant equipment.
We aim to have our young splashers paddling again on Saturday 18 July, ready for the school holidays.
